Refund Policy

Digital templates

Because our templates are delivered instantly and are accessible immediately after purchase, all individual template sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Bundles

Bundle purchases (e.g. the Startup Fundraising Bundle) are also non-refundable once downloaded, since the value is delivered on purchase. If a bundle file is corrupted or missing content, contact us for a replacement file rather than a refund.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund if you were charged in error, charged twice for the same order, or if a file is fundamentally unusable and we’re unable to provide a working replacement within 5 business days.

How to request a refund or replacement

Email support@startuptemplatelibrary.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day.
